    A Florida man and his dog almost experienced a boat load of trouble after their 40-foot catamaran was towed following an attempt to sail on water near Florida’s Haulover Inlet.   They were brought to safety after Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and U.S. Coast Guard crews responded to the scene Tuesday morning.
